4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service In The Form Of: Preparation And Delivery Of Lunches, Afternoon Teas And Dry Goods For Participants Of The Daily Assistance Home For The Elderly, Operating Within The Organizational Structures Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Puławy For 2026. The Service In Question Consists In The Preparation And Delivery At A Designated Time And At A Designated Place Of Catering, Which Consists Of: A Hot Two-Course Meal, An Afternoon Snack And Groceries. (Listed Later In The Description, Point 4.5).4.2. Completion Date And Order Quantity In 2026. A) Average Number Of Meals On Each Working Day: 23 Pieces From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026. (251 Working Days) - I.E. The Average Maximum Number Of Meals Is 5,773 (Consisting Of Two-Course Dinners, Afternoon Snacks And Dry Goods) With The Possibility Of Changing A Working Day To Saturday By Prior Arrangement. B) Due To The Nature Of The Support Provided, I.E. Elderly, Disabled And Sick People, The Number Of Lunches Is Verified Daily By The Employees Of The Day Care Home For The Elderly. Each Day, The Ordering Party Informs About The Actual Number Of Lunches And Afternoon Teas For A Given Day. C) Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order And Due To The Impossibility Of Accurately Estimating The Size Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order The Service To A Limited (Smaller) Extent, But Not Less Than 70% Of The Total Average Number Of Meals Indicated In Point. 4.2 A. 4.3. Place Of Service: Day Care Home For The Elderly In Puławy, Ul. Kołłątaja 64, In The Event Of The Patients Absence At Ddpos, The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Will Deliver The Meal To The Residential Address Indicated In Puławy.4.4. Rules For Providing The Service: During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Prepare And Deliver Prepared Hot Meals On The Date And At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Puławy. B) Deliver Meals No Earlier Than 15 Minutes Before The Planned Lunch Time, I.E. 1:00 P.M. C) Prepare And Submit A Menu For 5 Working Days - For Approval By The Ordering Party At Least One Week In Advance, Specifying The Weight Of The Dishes. Diversity And Uniqueness Of Daily Nutritional Sets Are Necessary. D) Prepare And Deliver Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality And Safe Products In Accordance With Haccp Standards As Well As The Act On Food And Nutrition Safety Of August 25, 2006 (Journal Of Laws 2023.1448, Consolidated Text), Together With The Implementing Provisions To This Act, And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council No. 852/204/Ec Of 29/04/2004 On Food Hygiene And Nutrition (Oj Eu L139 Of 30/04/2004).
