1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Approximately 52,000 Liters Of Light Fuel Oil Intended For Heating Purposes. The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws, Item 1018) Apply To The Fuels Listed Above. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Quantities Are Estimated Quantities And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 3. Deliveries Will Be Made In Cashless Transactions. 4.
