The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: 1) Provision Of Services In The Field Of Purchasing Tickets For Students Commuting To Educational Institutions In The Wiązowna Commune On All School Days In The Period From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026 In The Form Of Purchasing Monthly Tickets On 7 Routes According To The Routes For Transporting Students To Educational Institutions Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 2) The Service Should Be Performed As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport Conducted By The Contractor Using Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons. 3. Estimated Number Of Students To Be Transported: 600 People In Total, Depending On The Demand For Tickets. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Students (Increase Or Decrease Up To 10%) Transported On Individual Routes, Change Hours And Routes During The Execution Of The Order, To Cancel The Route, And To Reduce The Number Of Buses. Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Tickets Is Possible With The Consent Of The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Must Provide Buses In Good Technical Condition, Supported By A Current Technical Inspection. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Appropriate Number Of Means Of Transport To The Order In Order To Carry Out The Transport In Accordance With The Timetable And The Number Of Purchased Monthly Tickets, In Order To Ensure Free Seats.8. On The Day Before The Commencement Of The Service, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Names And Surnames Of The Persons Together With Information On Whether The Persons Are Not Included In The Register Of Sexual Perpetrators And Certificates From The National Criminal Register Of The Above-Mentioned Persons.
