A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements For The Vehicle And Its Equipment, Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Requirements Specified In The Order Documents - This Swz And The Annexes Constitute The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. The Ordering Party Informs That The Implementation Of The Order Is Co-Financed From Pfron Funds Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area D. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It.
