1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Meal For Students Of Primary School No. 1 In Krośniewice.1.1. In This Order, A Meal Should Be Understood As A Two-Course Hot Meal With The Quality And Nutritional And Caloric Value Consistent With The Requirements Applicable To The Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents.1.2. The Estimated Number Of School Meals Is Approximately 75 Pieces Per Day, Which Will Be Delivered For 179 School Days, Which Gives A Total Of 13,425 Meals Planned For This Order. The Numbers Of Meals Provided Are Estimates And May Change During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Has No Right To Submit Claims For Unprovided Services Or The Right To Refuse To Fulfill The Order In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Meals Ordered.1.3. The Contractor Will Provide Meals Five Days A Week From Monday To Friday, Excluding School Breaks Such As Holidays, Vacations, Vacations, Established Distance Learning Days, Etc.2.
