The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals (Catering Service) For: A) Participants Of The Care And Housing Center In Brzostowa Góra, Run By Ops, (Planned Number Of Participants Fed: Approximately 18 People - Daily Stay/Working Days, 2 People - 24-Hour Stay/All Days Of The Year) In The Period: A. For Com Participants, Daily Stay In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, I.E. Approximately 251 Working Days, B. 24-Hour Stay For Com Participants From January 1, 2026 Until December 31, 2026, I.E. Approximately 365 Days A Year B) Persons Indicated By The Social Welfare Center In Majdan Królewski, Who Were Granted Assistance In The Form Of A Meal Based On Administrative Decisions (Planned Number Of Supplementary Meals Approximately 16 People On Average Per Month - Transport To Their Places Of Residence In The Commune/Working Days) In The Period: From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 R., On Business Days, I.E. Approximately 251 Business Days.2. The Service Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Meals In Accordance With Applicable Nutritional And Sanitary-Hygienic Standards, B) Delivery Of Meals In Thermoses To Indicated Places, C) Distribution Or Delivery Of Meals To Recipients, 3. Places Of Meal Delivery: A) Headquarters Of The Care And Housing Center In Brzostowa Góra, Brzostowa Góra 110, 36-110 Majdan Królewskib) Places Of Residence Of Eligible Persons Or Other Locations Indicated By Ops - The Territorial Scope Of The Provision Of Services Includes The Area Of The Majdan Królewski Commune. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Meals To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Commune, In Accordance With The Current Needs Resulting From The Aid Granted4. Meal Deliveries Will Take Place Accordingly: A) For Com Participants: A. Breakfast Delivery From 8:30 A.M. To 9:00 A.M. Lunch Delivery From 1:00 P.M. To 1:30 P.M. Delivery Of Dinner From 5:00 P.M. To 5:30 P.M. B) For Persons Indicated By Ops With Transport To Their Places Of Residence In The Commune: A. Lunch Delivery From 1:00 P.M. To 3:00 P.M
