Not All Countries Provide Return Receipt Service. Acknowledgment Of Receipt Is Not Accepted For Registered Items Sent To Brazil, Denmark, Great Britain And Northern Ireland, And Acknowledgment Of Receipt Is Not Accepted For Postal Parcels Sent To Canada And Sweden.4. Delivery Deadlines For Letter Items And Postal Parcels In Foreign Traffic, Resulting From The Contractors Regulations, Are Declared Deadlines.5. The Provision Of Postal Services In Foreign Traffic Is Based On The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law, International Postal Regulations, I.E. The Universal Postal Convention Doha 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1522) Together With The Implementing Acts: Letter Post Regulations - Bern 2013 And Regulations Regarding Postal Parcels - Bern 2013 And On The Basis Of The Regulations On Postal Services In Foreign Traffic.6. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz.7. In The Swz, Including The Price Form (Annex No. 3A To The Swz), The Ordering Party Specified The Expected Size Of The Subject Of The Order, Which It Plans To Implement Under The Contract Concluded With The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Considered The Most Advantageous.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.11 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Method Of Contract Performance Than That Specified In This Swz.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement And Establishing A Dynamic Purchasing System And Does Not Envisage Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 13.
