The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels, I.E. 95-Octane Unleaded Gasoline (Pb 95) And Diesel Oil (On) In Order To Meet The Transport And Equipment Needs Of The District Road Administration In Strzelin In December 2025. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Amount Of The Order Will Be: - For Diesel Oil - 50,000 Liters - For Pb 95 Gasoline - 3,000 Litersthe Delivery Volume Indicated Above Is The Projected Demand Of The Ordering Party During The Order Execution Period, I.E. From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Meet The Entire Forecast Demand For Fuel In A Situation Where The Actual Demand For Fuel Is Lower. Fuel Collection Will Take Place At The Contractors Gas Station And Will Consist In Successive Refueling Of Company Vehicles Depending On The Needs. Ordering Party. Refueling Of Fuels Intended For The Equipment Will Be Carried Out By Filling Into Canisters. The Contractor Will Issue Release Documents Each Time The Ordering Party Collects Fuel. Financial Settlement For Fuel Collected In A Given Month Will Be Based On Vat Invoices Issued By The Contractor (Gas Station) For The Ordering Party, On A Weekly Basis, Provided That The Last Invoice Closing A Given Month Will Be Issued No Later Than The 3Rd Day Of The Following Month For The Previous Month. The Invoices Will Be Accompanied By Proof Of Fuel Issues Regarding The Periods For Which The Invoices Will Be Issued. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue Fuel To Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party For The Indicated Vehicles And Canisters. A List Of Vehicles (Makes And Registration Numbers) And A List Of The Ordering Partys Employees Authorized To Refuel Will Be Provided To The Contractor In Writing After Signing The Contract. Fuel Sales Will Be Made According To The Retail Price List Of Gas Stations Valid On The Day Of Fuel Collection, With Each Discount Available To The Ordering Party, Shown On The Vat Invoice. The Contractor Will Ensure Comparable Sales Prices Of Fuel In Relation To The Prices Charged By Stations In The District With A Comparable Standard. The Fuel Being The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards.
