A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Result From The Content Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz, As Well As From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, Will Be Delivered On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. A. Is A Criterion For Evaluating Offers And Its Validity Period Will Depend On The Offer Submitted By The Contractor.6.
