Concerning Part I Of The Proceedings: I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Subscription To Adobe Photoshop Cc For Teams For A Period Of 12 Months Or The Supply Of An Equivalent Subscription. Ii. Number Of Subscriptions Required: 4 Subscriptions To Adobe Photoshop Cc For Teams For A Period Of 12 Months Or Delivery Of An Equivalent Subscription. Iii. To Carry Out Work In The Field Of Creating And Processing Raster Graphics, The Ordering Party Uses Photoshop Cc For Teams Software.Iv. It Is Allowed To Offer Products Equivalent To Those Used By The Ordering Party. V. Technical Requirements And Detailed Information, Including A Description Of The Equivalence Conditions, Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I - Annex No. 1A To Swzvi. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Can Be Found In The Material Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 3A To Swz.Vii. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Technical Assistance Fel 2021-2027, Priority 13 Support For The Implementation Of European Funds For The Lubelskie Voivodeship 2021-2027 Under The Erdf, Measure 13.1 Support For The Implementation Of The European Funds For The Lubelskie Voivodeship 2021-2027 Under The Erdf. Applies To All Parts Of The Procedure: 1. The Contractor Declares That, When Implementing The Subject Of The Agreement, It Does Not Violate Any Rights Of Third Parties, In Particular The Property Rights And Personal Rights Of Such Persons.
