The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Medical Support Services For The 34Th Wog Rzeszów And Military Units And Military Institutions Being Supplied, Consisting In Securing Exercises And Training Of Soldiers By Qualified Medical Personnel Along With Medical Transport. Medical Support Will Be Provided By P-Type Teams (Basic) Consisting Of At Least Two Paramedics Or Two System Nurses, Of Which At Least One Person In The Team Should Be Authorized To Drive An Emergency Vehicle. Medical Coverage Will Be Provided 24/7, With The Proviso That Approximately 95% Of The Coverage Will Be Daily Coverage. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide The Medical Security Service In Other Towns And Training Facilities Than Those Indicated In Annex 1 In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Place Of Service Is The Towns Located In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, I.E.: Rzeszów, Nisko, Nowa Dęba, Bojanów, Rzeszów, Głogów Małopolski, Łańcut, Mielec, Głogowiec, Tarnobrzeg, Łapajówka, Przychojec. The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Providing Medical Security Services During The Duration Of The Contract Under The Basic Order Is 1,000 Hours And Under The Option Right Is 1,000 Hours.
