1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries (Sales) Of Diesel Oil To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej In Lubków Sp. Z O.O. From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Will Also Purchase Gasoline And Diesel Oil At The Contractors Gas Stations. A. Quantity And Scope Of The Order: Estimated Quantities Of Ordered Fuels Are: Diesel Oil In The Amount Of - 65,000 Liters Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 In The Amount Of - 400 Litersb. Requirements Regarding The Product Of The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Guarantees The Quality Of Fuels In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024. Regarding Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended) The Contractor Will Be Immediately Notified By The Ordering Party About Any Irregularities Resulting From The Quality Of The Delivered (Taken) Fuel. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present Documents And Fuel Quality Certificates At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Any Damage Resulting From The Poor Quality Of The Offered Fuels. (Inconsistent With Applicable Polish Standards).C. Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: − Successive (Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party - On At Least 1,500 Liters At A Time) Deliveries Of Diesel Oil Will Be Made On The Basis Of A Telephone Or Written Order (E-Mail). The Contractor Will Deliver The Fuel By 3 P.M. On The Same Day Of The Order Or On Another Day After Prior Arrangement: The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Diesel Fuel To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk.  Delivery Means Of Transport Should Meet The Technical Conditions For The Transport Of Liquid Fuels Specified In The Relevant Legal Provisions.  The Contractor Will Guarantee The Supply Of Diesel Oil Appropriate To The Period Of Use: In The Summer, The So-Called Summer On, In Winter The So-Called Winter Fuel − It Is Also Allowed To Successively Purchase Diesel Oil Directly From Fuel Stations Designated By The Contractor, Located No Further Than 25 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. − A List Of People Who Will Purchase Fuel At The Contractors Gas Station Will Be Attached To The Contract. − Successive Purchases Of Gasoline Will Be Made From Gas Stations Designated By The Contractor, Located No Further Than 25 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. − Documentation (Confirmation) Of Fuel Receipt Will Be Based On An Invoice Issued By The Contractor. − The Determined Unit Price For One Liter May Change Only In The Event Of A Change In The Price At The Manufacturer (Refinery) From Which The Contractor Supplies Its Products. − An Increase Or Decrease In The Above-Mentioned Unit Price Will Be At Most Proportional To The Increase Or Decrease In Prices From The Fuel Manufact
