Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E And Provision Of Distribution Services To The Building Of The District Court In Biała Podlaska At Ul. Brzeska 20-22

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply And Distribution Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Building Of The District Court In Biała Podlaska In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Commencement Of The Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place No Earlier Than After The Effective Expiry Of The Contract Under Which The Ordering Party Has So Far Purchased Gas Fuel, After Meeting All The Conditions For Connection To The Dso Network And After Successfully Changing The Supplier. At Dso.2. Delivery Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Building Of The District Court In Biała Podlaska. Gas Is To Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266), The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.3. Gas Quality Standards In Accordance With Chapter 8 Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels, Quality Standards Of Customer Service And The Method Of Dealing With Complaints Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1158).4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure. The Contractor Should Have A Current Contract With The Distribution System Operator (Dso), Operating On The Ordering Partys Premises And Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel To Consumption Points. Currently, Sales Are Carried Out On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement With Unimot Energia And Gaz Sp. Z O. O. 5. The District Court In Biała Podlaska Is Not Exempt From Excise Duty On Gas Products, In Accordance With The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1542).6. The Gas Is To Be Delivered To The Transfer And Reception Point, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Network Of The System Operator.7. The Customers Fuel Will Be Used By Heating Boilers.8. The Recipient Is Classified By The Appropriate Distribution System (Dso) Into The W -5.1_Wa.9 Tariff Group. The Current Dso Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. .10. Gas Consumption Point Number (Ppg): 801859036550001925688211. Tariff Group Bw-5.12. Contracted Power 384Kwh/H13. The Cost Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Gas Fee (Gaseous Fuel); 2) Subscription Fee; 3) Fixed Distribution Fee; 4) Variable Distribution Fee; 5) Excise Tax Value.14. Settlements For The Distribution Of Gas Fuel Will Be Based On Current Readings Of The Measurement System.15. The Costs Of Imbalance Are Borne By The Seller;16. The Estimated Demand For Gaseous Fuel
