Tenders Are Invited For School Transport For Children And Teenagers Based On Monthly Tickets To Educational Institutions In The Lipinki Łużyckie Commune In The Calendar Year 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Provision Of School Transport Services For Children And Teenagers Based On Monthly Tickets To Educational Institutions In The Lipinki Łużyckie Commune In The Calendar Year 2026 On School Days Or As Part Of An Individual Order.2. The Scope Of The Order To Be Performed Includes: A) Transport Of Children And Young People From Towns Located In The Lipinki Łużyckie Commune Based On The Table Of Fees For Monthly Tickets Established For The Lipinki Łużyckie Commune And Settlements Based On The Tickets Actually Issued. The Amount Of The Monthly Fee May Not Exceed The Gross Amount Determined In This Tender Procedure, In Compliance With The Principle Set Out In Section 3, The Return Of Tickets From A Given Month Resulting In A Reduction Of The Carriers Remuneration May Be Made By The 10Th Of Each Month For A Given Contract Implementation Period; B) The Contractor Also Undertakes To Additionally Enable Travel On The Basis Of The Received Tickets In The Afternoon And On Days Free From School For Extra-Curricular Activities; C) Punctual And Safe Transport Of Children And Teenagers (Delivery And Pick-Up), As Referred To Referred To In Art. 32 Sections 5-7 And Art. 39 Sections 3 And 4 Of The Education Law Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737, As Amended) To Two Locations In The Lipinki Łużyckie Commune, I.E.: Primary School In Lipinki Łużyckie, Kindergarten In Lipinki Łużyckie, According To Designated Routes, From The Following Towns: Boruszyn, Brzostowa, Cisowa, Górka, Grotów, Pietrzyków, Piotrowice, Sieciejów, Suchleb, Zajączek. D) The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare A Timetable Ensuring The Transport Of Children And Young People From The Given Towns, Maintaining The Starting And Ending Times Of Classes In Individual Educational Units, I.E.: Primary School In Lipinki Łużyckie - Classes Start At 8:10 And End At: 1:45 P.M., 2:40 P.M., 3:30 P.M.; Kindergarten In Lipinki Łużyckie - Classes Start At 8:30 And End At 1:30 P.M.; E) The Contractors Obligation To Establish A Timetable In Compliance With The Conditions Specified Above, Based On Its Own Measurements Of The Length Of The Route From Individual Towns, Taking Into Account The Collection Of Children From Existing Stops. The Timetable Established By The Contractor Should Be Agreed With The Directors Of Educational Institutions Within One Week From The Beginning Of A Given School Year/Or The Commencement Of The Performance Of The Contract; F) Transport Applies To Days On Which Classes Take Place In Accordance With The School Year Calendar, Excluding Holiday Breaks In Force In The Lubuskie Voivodeship And Days Off From School, As Well As Situations Related To Remote Learning.3. The Given Number Of Tickets Is Only For Comparison Purposes. The Final Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Quantity Of The Order, Resulting From The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Multiplied By The Unit Price, Provided
