The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Servers With Software, Mass Storage Devices, Network Devices And Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Along With Implementation, Training And Support Services As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project.2. The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Brand New - Unexploited, Legal, Unused, Unmodified, Technically Efficient, Undamaged, Complete, Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Unencumbered By Third Party Rights.3. The Delivered Equipment Covered By The Order Must Guarantee Its Safe Use And Not Pose A Threat To The Health Of Users.4. The Offered Devices On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production (So-Called End Of Life).5. The Hardware And Software Supplied Must Come From An Official Distribution Channel In The Eu.6. The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
