All Design Parts Of The Working Investment Project Should Be Made According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Other Current Regulations. In The Event Of Changes In The Current Regulations Related To The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Perform The Service Under The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Handover Of The Investment Project. The Investment Project In Parts Should Be Prepared By Designers With Full Design Legal Capacity With Valid Certificates From Kiip And Kab With Full Consistency Between The Individual Parts. Project Content: The Project Documentation Should Be Prepared And Presented At Least For The Following Project Parts: Architecture Geodesy Constructive Landscaping And Landscaping Water Supply And Sewerage Electrical Installations Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Fire Safety Project-Accounting Documentation Construction Waste Management Plan Health And Safety Plan Others - In Accordance With The Tasks Defined By Conceptual Solutions. The Investment Project Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Pup, The Rules And Regulations For The Organization Of The Territory, The Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of Zut, The Mutual Consistency Between The Individual Parts, Completeness And Structural Compliance Of The Engineering Calculations And Other Specific Requirements According To The Purpose Of The Object. Projects Are Subject To Coordination With Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies.
