The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Cemeteries In The City And Commune Of Pisz. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 Tasks. Task No. 1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Management And Operation Of Municipal Cemeteries Located In Pisz At Ul. Warszawska On Plots Marked With Geodetic Numbers 491, 492, 493, 494, 495/1 And 495/4 With A Total Area Of 8.16 Ha And In The Village Of Turośl On A Plot Marked With Geodetic Number 110 With An Area Of 0.90 Ha. The Basic Obligations Of The Service Provider In The Field Of Management And Operation Of Municipal Cemeteries Are: 1) Designating Burial Plots And Alleys In Accordance With The Cemetery Development Plan;2) Collecting Fees For Burial Places In Cemeteries, In The Amount Specified In Ordinance No. 229/19 Of The Mayor Of Pisz Of December 10, 2019 On The Amount Of Fees For The Use Of Municipal Cemeteries In The City And Commune Of Pisz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template For Task No. 1;3) Sending By The 10Th Day Of Each Month Jpk_V7m;4) Transfer To The Account Of The Municipal Office In Pisz In The Warmińsko-Mazurski Bank Spółdzielczy Branch In Pisz No. 28 9364 0000 2002 2065 0001 Collected Receivables For Burial Places In Cemeteries;5) Supervision Over The Preparation Of The Grave And The Exhumation Of Bodies;6) Keeping Records Of Graves In The Cemetery In Turośl And Maintaining Register Of Graves At The Cemetery In Pisz At Ul. Warszawska In Accordance With Applicable Regulations On Keeping Records Of Graves In The Interactive Cemetery Administrator Program, Version 3.6.0.1.Html;7) Keeping A Burial Book;8) Maintaining Order And Cleanliness In Cemeteries And Their Immediate Vicinity In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular: A) Mowing And Raking The Grass Throughout The Cemeteries - Work Should Be Performed As Needed (At Least Once A Month From May 1 2026 Until October 31, 2026), B) Clearing Cemeteries Of Weeds And Bushes - Work Should Be Carried Out Systematically, C) Removal Of Tree Regrowth - Work Should Be Carried Out Systematically, D) Surface Cleaning Of The Area From All Types Of Contamination - Work Should Be Carried Out Systematically, E) Spring And Autumn Removal Of Leaves - Work Should Be Carried Out Systematically, F) Performing Rejuvenation Cuts Of Bushes (Clusters) And Removing Dry Shrubs - Work Should Be Carried Out Systematically Be Carried Out During The Period Of Plant Stagnation, G) Sweeping The Alleys And The Sidewalk Adjacent To The Cemetery Area - On An Ongoing Basis, H) Clearing Snow And Sprinkling Sand (Without Using Salt) Of The Alleys In Cemeteries And The Sidewalk Adjacent To The Cemetery - On An Ongoing Basis. 9) Repair And Ongoing Maintenance Of Cemetery Fences; 10) Payment Of Fees For Abstracted Water; 11) Cutting Down Trees - If Necessary, After Consultation With The Municipal Office In Pisz And Obtaining Permission To Remove Trees (The Contractor Will Obtain The Permission Of The Pisz Staros
