Kozielska 71 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Price Form Along With Quality Requirements And Equivalence Conditions. B) Annex No. 5 - Delivery Specification, The Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New And Free From Defects And Must Have The Manufacturers Original Packaging, Must Not Bear Any Signs Of Use And Must Be Of Full Value Without Damage, Complete, Must Be Provided With Labels Identifying The Product And Must Meet The Quality Requirements Indicated In Annex No. 4 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods Successively Based On Partial Orders Placed By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Goods Actually Delivered.
