1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Gas For The Special Educational And Educational Center. Janina Doroszewska In Krasnystaw. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Activities Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Amount Of Supplied Gas Be Settled In Accordance With The Gas Meter Reading Periods By The Gas Distributor (Osd), Based On The Actual Reading Of The Measurement System, According To The Prices Specified In The Suppliers Offer. 4. The Contractor Will Supply Fuel In Accordance With The Applicable Quality Standards Of Customer Service Specified In The Implementing Acts To The Energy Law And Polish Standards. 5. The Supplier Must Have A Current License For Trading In Gaseous Fuels And An Agreement With The Distribution Network For The Provision Of Distribution Services, Valid During The Period Of Delivery (Sale) Of Natural Gas To The Ordering Party. 6. In Matters Not Regulated By The Comprehensive Agreement, The Following Legal Acts Shall Apply In Particular: A. Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266) Together With Implementing Regulations, B. Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, No. 1071). 7. The Declared Consumption Of Natural Gas (Included In Annex 2 To The Swz) Is An Estimate And Is Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price. 8. The Actual Amount Of Gas Purchased During The Execution Of The Contract Will Result Solely From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 9. The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel Will Be Based On A Contract Containing The Provisions Of A Comprehensive Contract (Sale, Storage, Transmission Or Distribution Of Gaseous Fuel To The Recipient) And Is To Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266), The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. 10. The Ordering Party Is Exempt From Excise Duty On Gas Products Intended For Heating Purposes (Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty - Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 126). 11. The Ordering Party Will Use Gas Fuel For Economic Purposes. 12. The Contractor Will Supply Gas Fuel In Accordance With The Applicable Quality Standards Of Customer Service Specified In The Implementing Acts To The Energy Law. 13. The Ordering Party Does Not Currently Have A Promotional Offer And Is Not A Member Of Loyalty Programs.
