Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal Services For The Needs Of The County Office In Polkowice In The Scope Of Acceptance, Transportation And Delivery Of Postal Postal Parties And Parcels
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) For The Needs Of The Poviat Office In Polkowice, Including In Particular The Receipt, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Items And Parcels And Their Possible Returns In Domestic And Domestic Traffic. Abroad, After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient. The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis. The Services Will Be Provided Every Day, Excluding Saturdays And Public Holidays, In Accordance With The Act Of January 18, 1951 On Non-Working Days (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 296) And, In The Case Of An Operator Other Than The Designated Operator, The Provision Of Intermediation Services In The Field Of Timely Shipments (I.E. Registered Letter Items, Registered With Acknowledgment Of Receipt, Requiring The Use Of The Modes Indicated In Art. 57 § 5 Point 2 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure, Art. 12 § 6 Point 2 Of The Tax Ordinance, Art. 165 § 2 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure Or Other Similar Provisions.
