Delivery Of Milk And Dairy Products In 2026 To Catering Kitchens In Kielce At Ul. Kołłątaja 4, Krzyżanowska 8 And Jagiellońska 76 And Nursing Homes At Ul. Żeromskiego 4/6 And Tarnowska 10 According To The Quantity And Assortment Specified In Annex No. 1A. The Order Will Be Processed On The Basis Of Partial Orders Placed By Phone Or Via E-Mail By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party At Least One Day In Advance Before The Required Delivery Date Or In Emergency Cases After Telephone Arrangement. The Quantities Given In Annex No. 1A Constitute The Estimated Demand. In Relation To The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: - Resign From Purchasing Some Of The Products Resulting From The Lack Or Limitation Of Demand; - Changing The Quantity Of Ordered Products Within The Value And Range Specified In The Contract, In The Event Of A Change In The Needs Of The Ordering Party, - Changing The Product Range In The Event Of Withdrawal Of The Old Product And Introduction Of A New Product/Products, Within The Offered Product Group Of The Same Or Higher Quality And Parameters, At A Price Not Higher Than That Offered In The Tender Offer. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Be No Less Than 30% Of The Quantities Indicated In The Contract.
