1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Dry Foodstuffs, Spices And Processed Fruit And Vegetables, Hereinafter Referred To As Products Or Goods In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Swz, To Educational Institutions Of The Chojna Commune, For The Purpose Of Preparing Meals For Students And Children In 2026.2. The Goods Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Using Its Own Transport, At Its Expense, In Appropriate Packaging Ensuring Proper Protection Of The Transported Articles And Unloading Them To The Ordering Partys Warehouse. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Unload The Goods And Transport Them To The Premises Indicated By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined By Indicating Objective Technical And Quality Features And Standards. 5. The Possible Names (Trademarks, If Applicable) Provided By The Ordering Party Are Exemplary, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Lowest Standard, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Terms Of The Prepared Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Equivalent Offers Are Those That Have Parameters Higher Than Those Described As Minimum. 6. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. Please Note That The Ordering Party Will Consider The Subject Of The Contract To Be Equivalent If It Meets The Minimum Quality Expectations, I.E. With Higher Parameters Than Those Described In Annex 2 To The Swz.
