The Subject Of The Public Contract, Which Is A Concession In The Sense Of The Zzvz, Is A) The Transfer Of The Ownership Right To The Land On Which The Construction Of The New Football Stadium Will Be Implemented In Brno, Namely In The Lužánky Locality - Defined By The Current Location Of The Former Football Stadium Behind Lužánky, Specifically To: • Land Parc. No. 809/1, Type Of Built-Up Area And Courtyard, With An Area Of 34,170 M2, Which Includes A Building - Civic Amenities Object, Without Identification Number, • Plot Parc. No. 1082, A Type Of Built-Up Area And Courtyard, With An Area Of 137 M2, Which Includes A Building - Construction Of Technical Equipment, Without A Descriptive Number, • Plot Parc. No. 1083, Type Other Area, Type Of Use Other Area, With An Area Of 146 M2, And • To Part Of The Plot Of Land Parc. No. 1077/5, Type Other Area, Method Of Use Other Roads With An Area Of 12,002 M2, (While The Specific Size Of The Part Of The Land To Which Ownership Will Be Transferred Will Be The Subject Of Negotiations Within The Concession Procedure), All In C.Ú. Ponava, Municipality Of Brno, Registered On Lv No. 10001 At The Cadastral Office For The South Moravian Region, Cadastral Office Brno-Město; B) The Commitment Of The Selected Supplier (Concessionaire) To The Construction Of A Football Stadium (Hereinafter Referred To As The Football Stadium) And Its Subsequent Operation For The Purpose Determined In Advance By The Contracting Authority, Subject To Compliance With The Agreed Conditions For The Duration Of The Concession. The Costs Of Project Processing, Construction Implementation And Subsequent Operation Will Be Borne By The Selected Supplier. The Clients Goal Is To Realize The Sale Of Land With The Obligation To Build A Football Stadium In The Given Location And Ensure Its Operation For A Guaranteed Period, So That The Activities Carried Out Here Are Related To Sports Activities (Football), Or Cultural Enjoyment To The Maximum Extent Possible And Were Thus Beneficial For The Citizens And At The Same Time Were In Accordance With The Applicable Regional Plan Of The City Of Brno. The Contracting Authority Enters The Concession In The Concession Procedure, The Individual Phases Of The Concession Procedure Are Described In Article 5 Of This Tender Documentation.
