Tenders Are Invited For Equipment Of The Rooms Of The Social Services Center In Szprotawa As Part Of The Project: New Horizons Of Social Services In Szprotawa

The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Premises Of The Social Services Center In Szprotawa. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Cost Estimate). The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, In Addition To The Sale Of The Material Itself, Includes: Purchase, Loading, Transport And Unloading Of The Delivery By The Contractor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. During Unloading, The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Unload The Delivery In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Assemble And Assemble (Screw) Items That Require It (E.G. Furniture). If The Order Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Authenticating These Materials Or Devices. The Purchased Products Must Meet The Following Conditions: 1.) The Delivery Items Must Be Brand New And Free From Third-Party Rights; 2.) They Must Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials For Use, Prepared In Polish; 3) They Must Have A Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer Or Supplier Of Not Less Than 2 Years. 4) The Delivered Items Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates Allowing For Use.
