1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Successive Delivery Of License Plates In The Calendar Year 2026 And The Free Collection And Disposal Of License Plates Withdrawn From Use. 2. Pursuant To Art. 75A Section 2 Point 2 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Have A Current Certificate Of Compliance Of License Plates Or Materials Used For Their Production With The Technical Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 31, 2022 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item 1847, As Amended) And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 12, 2019 On The Professional Registration Of Vehicles, The Markings Used And Fees Related To The Professional Registration Of Vehicles (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2616). 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Delivery Of License Plates To The Ordering Partys Registered Office In The Following Quantities: 3.1. Car License Plates (38,000 Pcs.), 3.2. Motorcycle Plates (1,200 Pcs.), 3.3. Moped Plates (120 Pcs.), 3.4. Professional Car License Plates (15 Pcs.), 3.5. Professional Motorcycle Plates (2 Pcs), 3.6. Professional Moped Plates (2 Pcs.). 4. The Number Of Ordered Boards May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 4 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Enable Orders To Be Placed Electronically By Providing The Ordering Party With A Program Managing License Plate Orders Free Of Charge. 6. Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 7. Plates Should Be Delivered In Durable Packaging Containing 50 Plates, Clearly Described And Specifying The Registration Number Range. 8. The Delivery Date Of One Batch Cannot Be Longer Than 7 Calendar Days, And In The Case Of Duplicate Plates - 3 Business Days From Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. 9. Registration Plates Must Comply With The Model And Requirements Specified In The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Their Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office. 10. The Warranty Period For The Delivered Plates Cannot Be Shorter Than 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Issue Of The License Plates To The Owner For The Purpose Of Marking The Vehicle. The Warranty Period For The Delivery Item Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Chapter Xxiii Swz. 11. Collection And Destruction Of Decommissioned License Plates Will Take Place At Least Once Every Two Weeks At The Contractors Expense. 12. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
