The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Ensuring The Safety Of People Using The Swimming Pool Of The Sports And Recreation Center In The Bemowo District In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Detailed Scope Of Duties Is Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 25, 2010 On Sports (Journal Of Laws 2020.1133, Consolidated Text), Together With The Applicable Regulations And The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended) Along With The Applicable Regulations;2) Control Over Compliance With The Provisions Of The Facility Regulations;3) Ensuring The Provision Of The Service By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Law;4) Ensuring Continuity Of Staffing Of Two Rescue Stations A Week: • Monday - From 4:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M., • Tuesday - From 4:00 P.M. 10:00 P.M., • Wednesday - From 4:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M., • Thursday - From 2:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M., • Friday - From 4:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M., 5) Ensuring Continuity Of Staffing Of Three Rescue Stations On Saturday And Sunday During The Centers Working Hours, I.E. 6:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M.; 6) Providing Qualified First Aid, And In In More Serious Cases, Calling The Emergency Service;7) Providing The Necessary Rescue Equipment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In The Event That The Equipment Provided By The Center Turns Out To Be Insufficient;8) Current Provision Of Rescuers With Clothing And Footwear Compliant With Occupational Health And Safety Requirements, In Colors Agreed With The Ordering Party;9) Taking Care Of The Service Point And Maintaining The Entrusted Equipment;10) Maintaining Basic Documentation And A Reporting System;11) Compliance With The Procedures:• Acceptance, Transfer And Termination On Duty, • Alarms, In The Event Of Accidents In Various Places Of The Facility;12) Defining And Observing The Scope Of Duties And Activities Of Rescuers At Individual Positions.2. The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours Provided By The Contractor During The Order Execution Period Is: 6,372 H3.
