The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.1) The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Transport, Unloading And Bringing In, - Unpacking Of The Equipment And Assembly In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And Applicable Regulations, - Commissioning Of Devices And Equipment Along With Their Configuration, - Removal Of Packaging Related To Delivery, - Repairing Any Damage Related To The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Elements Before Reporting The Completion Of Deliveries And Acceptance, - Training Employees In The Operation Of Devices And Equipment. The Equipment And Devices Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage, Having Appropriate Approvals And Certificates Of Compliance With Safety Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Operation And Maintenance Instructions In Polish.2) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By: - Technical Specification Of The Equipment, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz3) Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period In Relation To The Entire Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract Is 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Warranty Period.
