1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Provincial Administrative Court In Bydgoszcz In The Scope Of: A) Accepting, Moving And Delivering Registered And Unregistered Items (Courier, Letter And Postal Parcels), B) Returns To The Ordering Party Of Undelivered Items After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Release To The Recipient - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - Specifying The Reason For Non-Delivery, C) Delivering Promptly To The Provincial Administrative Courts Office In Bydgoszcz Return Acknowledgments Of Receipt Of The Shipments After Their Successful Delivery.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Do So Every Working Day From: 14:00 - 15.00 For Collection Of Parcels Prepared For Shipment From The Ordering Partys Office. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Personally Deliver The Parcels To The Shipping Facility Indicated By The Contractor, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 1 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Open On Working Days From Monday To Friday Until 8:00 P.M., Clearly Marked With The Contractors Sign, Name Or Logo. The Sending Facility Is Obliged To Accept The Parcels And Ship Them On The Day Of Their Delivery.
