The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 4.1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order In Part I Is The Supply Of Furnishings And Equipment For Rooms On The Ground Floor And First Floor Of The Building At Ul. Piękna 26, On The Plot No. 1593 In Mińsk Mazowiecki, Including Bringing In, Arranging And Assembling, Including Unpacking, Mounting, Setting Up, Handing Over For Use To The Ordering Party As Well As Clearing Away The Packaging After The Delivered Subject Of The Order And Cleaning Up The Delivery Site. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Senior + Club Equipment List Constituting Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz. The Task Will Be Implemented From The State Budget As Part Of The Multi-Annual Program Senior + For 2021-2025, 2025 Edition.3. Each Piece Of Furniture/Equipment/Device Included In The Scope Of The Order Must Be New, Factory-Packed.4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Are Indicated As Examples Or Their Photos/Drawings Are Included In The Opz For Illustrative Purposes Only And Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturers Names/Trademarks Or Their Photos And Drawings Is For Example Purposes Only. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Described Product, Taking Into Account The Scope Of Equivalence Indicated By The Ordering Party, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Burden Of Proving That The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Equivalent To The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer.5.
