1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Buildings Ii And Iii At The Villa Victorius Complex As Part Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Villa Victorius At Ul. Armii Krajowej 21-25 In Grudziądz For The Needs Of The Józef Czapski Secondary School Of Fine Arts In Grudziądz And The Land Development Project On Plots No. 4, 3/1, 3/6, 3/3, 3/4, 20/1, 20/3, 20/4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Construction Design Together With Bioz Information; 2) Development Of An Executive Design; 3) Development Of A Technical Design; 4) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities And An Investors Cost Estimate; 5) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 6) Obtaining As Part Of The Remuneration All Data, Decisions, Permits And Arrangements Required By Separate Regulations That Will Be Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including Obtaining The Approval Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments And A Decision On The Permit For Construction;7) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Principles Specified In § 6 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template And In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement - Facility Development Concept. 4. The Land Development Design Should Be Carried Out On Plots No. 4, 3/1, 3/6, 3/3, 3/4, 20/1, 20/3, 20/4 Marked In Annex No. 2 To The Agreement.5. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Facility Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. An On-Site Visit May Be Made Only On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, But No Later Than 2 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of His Intention To Carry Out A Visit. Persons On The Ordering Partys Side Who Will Show The Facility Are Not Authorized To Make Any Arrangements.
