The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In Particular In The Field Of Receiving, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Postal And Courier Items And Parcels And Their Possible Returns Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Service, For District Office In Racibórz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Tender Application. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Services Falling Within The Scope Of Universal Services, Consisting In The Collection, Sorting, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Items (Letter And Parcels), 2) Services Consisting In The Collection, Sorting, Movement And Delivery Of Courier Items, 3) Services Of Returning Undelivered Items To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, 4) Collection Of Parcels From Two Places Indicated As The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party And Transport To The Sending Facilities. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Attached To This Order.
