Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Purchase Of Swez Maintenance And Operation Support Services Based On The Sap System. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Support Services For The Maintenance And Operation Of The Plant Economics Support System (Swez) Based On The Sap System, Including: 1) The Provision Of Maintenance Support Services For The Plant Economics Support System (Swez) Based On Sap Software; 2) Providing The Service Of Handling Service Requests Of The Swez Plant Economics Support System Based On Sap Software; 3) Providing The Service Of Executing Additional Orders. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. Order Completion Date For The Basic Order: The Agreement Is Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion Until The End Of The Last Day Of The 27Th Full Calendar Month, Counted From The First Day Of The Calendar Month Following The Month In Which The Agreement Was Concluded, Or Until The Total Gross Remuneration Due To The Contractor Is Exhausted, Including: 1) The Provision Of The Services Referred To In Point 1, Point 1) And Point 2) Will Be Taken Over Within A Period Not Longer Than 60 Business Days Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Agreements, But Not Earlier Than From July 1, 2026; 2) The Services Referred To In Point 1 Point 1) And Point 2) Of The Swz Will Be Provided In The Period From The Date Of Taking Over Of The Services Referred To In Point 2 Point 1) Until The End Of The 23Rd Month Counting From The First Day Of The Calendar Month Following The Month In Which The Services Were Taken Over, But Not Earlier Than July 1, 2026; 3) The Service Referred To In Point 1(3) Will Be Provided Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement; 4) The Provision Of The Services Referred To In Point 1(1) And Point 2) Will Be Transferred Within A Period Not Longer Than 1 Month From The Date Of Completion Of Their Provision Specified In Point 2(2).
