The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Needs A Dynamic And Up-To-Date Registration Client For Nvdb For Registration And Updating Of Properties Both In The Field And In The Office. The Aim Is To Find A Good Tool (Service) In The Market That Can Be Used To Register Road Objects With The Possibility Of Updating Properties. The Registration Client Will Primarily Be Used In The Divisions By Registration Personnel And By Case Managers Who Work With Updates Both In The Office And In The Field. Estimated Total Of Around 150 Users. The Scope Of The Procurement Is As Follows: • Registration Tool To Nvdb As A Service. • Carry Out An Establishment Phase With The Creation Of Users Together With The Internal Project Group Until The Launch Of The New Registration Client, See The Agreements Point 3.1 Plan For The Establishment Phase. • The Supplier Is Responsible For Operation And Management Of The Solution. • Training Of Users In The Form Of Webinars And Classroom Courses For Training Users. • 1St And 2Nd Line User Support. Inquiries Can Come From The User Directly By Telephone Or Electronically (Online Registration Form, E-Mail, Etc.) • Access To Consultancy Assistance On An Hourly Basis During The Agreement Period.
