Tenders are invited for Purchase of Batteries 1. Obtaining of Applications : I) Can be obtained from the Procurement Branch of the Finance Division of the Department of Wildlife Conservation at No. 811/A, Jayanthipura Road, Battaramulla up to 03.12.2025 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. 2. Payment of Registration Fee I) The relevant registration fee will be Rs. One Thousand (Rs. 1000.00). This amount can be paid either to the A/C No. 7042545 of the "Director General of Wildlife" at the Bank of Ceylon Battaramulla Branch. That can be paid at any Bank of Ceylon Branch in die Island, or II) It can be paid by cash to the Shroff Counter at the Finance Division of the Department of Wildlife Conservation at No. 811/A, Jayanthipura Road, Battaramulla up to 03.12.2025 on weekdays between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. III) The original of die cash receipt received for the payment of the Registration fee should be attached with the application. 1. Acceptance of Applications I) Documents that should be submitted with the applications : a) Application b) Conditions Leaflet c) Certified Copy of the Business / Company Registration Certificate d) Documents in proof of experience relevant to the service e) Documents in proof of the financial situation f) Original of the Cash Deposit Slip made for the registration fee II) Completed applications could either be sent by Registered Post addressed to Director (Finance), Finance Division, 811/A, Jayanthipura, Battaramulla or placed in the Bid Box kept in the Finance Division of the Department of Wildlife Conservation, to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 05.12.2025. Applications received late will be rejected. III) The cover containing the application should be marked "Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2026" at the left-side top corner.
