The Subject Of The Order Is The Obligation To Comprehensively Perform, For A Fee, The Duties Of A Supervisor Over Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Historic Chapels In The Area Of The City And The Spa Commune Of Muszyna To The Extent Provided For In The Regulations, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Individual Permits And Opinions Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And Permits Of The Staroste Of Nowy Sącz And Certificate Of The Staroste Of Nowy Sącz On No Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled The Historic Borderland Is Becoming More Beautiful - We Are Renovating And Making Available Historical Attractions On The Cross-Border Route From Muszyna To Sabinowo (Part Of Eurovelo11) Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Interreg Poland - Slovakia Program 2021-2027: Priority 3. Creative And Touristically Attractive Borderland, Specific Objective 1. Strengthening The Role Of Culture And Sustainable Tourism In Economic Development, Social Inclusion And Innovation Social.3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Obligation To Comprehensively Perform, For A Fee, The Duties Of A Supervisor Over Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task: Renovation Of Historic Chapels In The Area Of The City And The Spa Commune Of Muszyna. The Work Will Include Technical And Aesthetic Conservation Of The Chapels, In Accordance With Conservation Work Programs And Technical Documentation.
