Tenders Are Invited For Providing The Ordering Partys Employees, Children Of The Ordering Partys Employees And Employees Accompanying Persons With Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Partys Employees, The Ordering Partys Children As Well As The Employees Accompanying Persons With Access Services To Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities In Poland, In Particular In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Service Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Personal Access Cards Or Via The Application.2. The Cards Will Be Personal And Active For The Duration Of The Contract. 3. Due To The Fact That The Use Of Sports And Recreation Facilities Is Based On A Voluntary Basis, The Ordering Party, Under The Concluded Contract, Will Have The Right To Register New Participants Ready To Use The Access Services And Participants Resigning, Starting From The New Settlement Period (1 Calendar Month). The Contractor Will Bear The Risk Of Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Participants Using The Services Of Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities And Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 4. Possibility Of Use By More Than One Accompanying Person For A Given Employee. Requirements: • A Diverse Base Of Sports And Recreational Facilities (I.E. Swimming Pools, Gym, Climbing Walls, Squash Courts, Sauna, Salt Cave, Etc.) - At Least 25 Facilities In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship; • Possibility Of Participating In Sports And Recreational Activities Such As Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, Martial Arts, Spinning Bikes, Dance, Classes Fitness With Elements Of Dance, Physical Exercises - Healthy Spine;• The Above Services, I.E. Swimming Pools, Gym, Climbing Walls, Sauna, Yoga, Martial Arts, Fitness Classes Are Only Examples Of Indicative Types Of Services; Therefore, The Contractor Does Not Have To Provide Access To All The Services Listed In The First Two Points Of The Requirements, And May Also Offer Various Sports And Recreational Services That Are Made Available Through The Subscriptions Of A Given Contractor, • Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities For Employees As Well As Their Children And An Accompanying Person, • The Possibility For Employees Children To Use Both Swimming Pool Activities Alone As Well As Swimming Pool Activities Combined With Other Sports And Recreational Activities; • An Accompanying Person Should Be Understood As A Natural Person Not Formally Related To The Buyer, Indicated By The Employee As Entitled To Use Sports Tickets. Cessation Of The Use Of A Sports Ticket Is Tantamount To The Termination Of The Participation Of The Accompanying Person In It. • A Child Should Be Understood As A Child Of The Employee Up To 15 Years Of Age, Indicated By The Employee As Entitled To Use Sports Passes; Ceasing The Use Of A Sports Ticket By An Employee Is Tantamount To The Termination Of The Participation Of The Employees Child In It. • The Cost Of Providing Sports And Recreational Services In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of People Using Them Will Not Change. • Any Method Of Verification And Access Of Users To Sports And Recreation Facilities, • Possibility
