Laplands Well-Being Area Requests An Offer For Magnetic Research Services With Statements To Be Produced For The Needs Of Laplands Well-Being Area And Työterveys Lappica Oy. Magnetic Research Services Are Produced In Rovaniemi At The Service Providers Premises, With The Service Providers Equipment And Personnel. The Content Of The Procured Services Is Stated In More Detail In Appendix 1 Service Description And Absolute Requirements. About 2,200 Magnet Research Services With Statements Are Procured Annually For The Welfare Area And About 500 For Lappica Oy. Annual Estimates Of The Quantities To Be Purchased By Study Are Indicated In Appendices 1.2, Which The Bidder Must Be Ready To Produce During The Contract Period And Possible Option Contract Periods. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Any Specific Procurement Quantity, But The Procurement Quantity Depends On The Need. The Procurement Complements The Customers Own Service Production. The Planned Start Date Of Service Production Is January 2026. The Contract Period Is 24 Months. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Two Twelve (12) Month Option Periods After The Contract Period. Laplands Welfare Area Is Responsible For Tendering The Procurement And The Procurement Process As A Whole, Makes The Procurement Decision On Behalf Of The Involved Parties, Takes Care Of The Notification Obligation Of The Decision, And Prepares And Signs The Procurement Contract With The Selected Service Provider. Työterveys Lappica Oy Is Responsible For Drawing Up Its Own Contract. The Parties Undertake To Comply With The Procurement Contracts. The Parties Are Each Separately Responsible For Ordering Examinations, Booking Appointments, And The Obligations Related To Record Keeping Of Patient Documents. Laplands Welfare Area And Työterveys Lappica Oy Are Each Responsible For Their Own Costs. It Is A Procurement Of Social And Health Services Exceeding The National Threshold Value In Accordance With Section 25 Subsection 1 Point 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016).
