Rental Of Event Equipment And Its Possible Acquisition And Provision Of Technical Personnel During Events Organized By The Community Of Communes Océan-Marais-De-Monts. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded Following A Formalized Procedure Opened With Regard To Articles L.2124-1, R.2124-1 And R.2124-2 1° Et Seq. Of The Ccp. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders, In Application Of Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 To R.2162-6 To R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code, With A Maximum Amount. Each Purchase Order Specifies The Framework Agreement Services Ordered As Well As The Quantities. The Maximum Amounts Are As Follows: O The Maximum Annual Order Amount Is 120,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. O The Total Amount For The Total Duration Of 48 Months Is 480,000 Euros Excluding Tax. Variations Are Not Permitted.
