The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services To The Ordering Party Consisting In Maintaining The Database Infrastructure Distributed In Two Centers: Data Center Of The Ministry Of Climate And Environment (Dc Mkiś) And A Backup Center Indicated By The Ordering Party (Dc Oz).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Opz).3. The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within 12 Months Following The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than January 1, 2026 And No Longer Than December 31, 2026.
