Neuro-Pedadic Therapy.1) Conducting 800 Hours Of Neuro-Pedadic Classes For Children Covered By The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life, At The Premises Of The Ordering Party Or In A Place Designated By Him.2) The Contractors Tasks Will Include: A) After Appointing A Team Of Specialists For A Specific Child, Determining, Based On The Opinion On The Need For Early Development Support, Medical Documentation Or Own Observations And Research, The Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Wokro, B) Establishing Cooperation With A Facility Where The Child Is Covered By Other Therapeutic Activities In Order To Ensure Coherence Of Interactions, C) Developing And Implementing An Individual Wokro Program With The Child And His Or Her Family, In The Part Intended For A Neurologist, D) Assessing The Progress And Difficulties In The Childs Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment That Hinder His Or Her Activity And Participation In Social Life, E) Analyzing The Effectiveness Of The Help Provided To The Child And His Or Her Family, F) Making Changes To The Program According To Current Needs Of The Child And His Family, G) Monitoring The Childs Development, Preparing Opinions If Necessary, H) Cooperation With Other Specialists Working With The Child In Order To Increase The Effectiveness Of Therapy, 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Keep Documentation Of The Classes Required By The Ordering Party.
