Cesspool Or Septic Tank Emptying Services – Maintenance Of Sanitation Networks And Equipment In Municipal Buildings. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Preventive And Curative Maintenance Of The Sanitation Networks Of Municipal Facilities In The Town Of Saint-Maurice. The Deal Is Concluded At Mixed Prices. All Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services Are Paid For By Applying A Global, Fixed Price. Additional Preventive Maintenance Interventions And Curative Maintenance Interventions, Paid For By Application Of Unit Prices, Appear In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). These Services Will Give Rise To The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement Concluded Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount: 40,000 Euros Excluding Tax, Or 160,000 Euros Excluding Tax Overall. The Service Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months And Is Tacitly Renewable 3 Times Without Its Maximum Duration Exceeding 4 Years.
