Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The Municipal Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Łowicz

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Strategic And Implementation Document Entitled Municipal Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Łowicz Together With Carrying Out The Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure In The Scope Indicated By The Relevant Authorities, With The Participation Of The Public As Part Of The Consultation And Participatory Process And Participation In Activities Related To Its Adoption And Implementation. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Task No. 1 - Development Of A Strategic Document Entitled Municipal Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Łowicz (Hereinafter Referred To As Mpa) Along With Carrying Out Activities Related To The Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure For The Above-Mentioned. Document; 2) Task No. 2 - Carrying Out Participatory Activities. 2. The Scope Of Task No. 2 Includes, Among Others: 1) Planning And Conducting An Information And Promotional Campaign In Social Media (The Campaign Will Be Implemented Throughout The Duration Of The Contract) And On Websites, Conducting Two Online Competitions For Primary School Students, Conducting A Promotional Campaign Before And During The Public Consultations Of The Mpa Document, 2) Preparing And Conducting Design Workshops - Introductory And Main On Mapping Problems And Formulating Recommendations, 3) Preparing And Conducting Training On The Topic Of Climate Change - Training On The Ongoing Climate Change And Training In Good Practices And Attitudes And Behaviors Aimed At Implementing Mpa Adaptation Activities And Introducing The Implementation Of Mpa,4) Preparation Of Publications On The Subject Of Climate Change, In Particular An Information Publication And A Report From The Climate Workshop,5) Other Activities Aimed At Involving Residents: A) Promotion Of The Mpa Project During At Least Two Outdoor Events For Residents (Launching Information Points), B) Promotion Of The Mpa Project As Part Of At Least Two Ongoing Educational Projects (Preparation And Conduct Of Mini Workshops For Children),C) Organization Of An Art Competition For Preschool Children Łowicz Through The Eyes Of A Preschooler,D) Organization Of A Competition For Residents For The Best Decorated Balconies/Gardens,E) Conducting An Information And Promotion Campaign In Local And Regional Media Including Providing Information About The Mpa Project,F) Conducting Information And Promotion Activities - Preparing An Information Poster (A2 Format). 3.
