Tenders Are Invited For Postgraduate Studies As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For Public Schools And Educational System Institutions In The Piła District In Conducting Effective Inclusive Education

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Titled: Postgraduate Studies As Part Of The Project Titled: Support For Public Schools And Educational System Institutions In The Piła District In Conducting Effective Inclusive Education. 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For Public Schools And Educational System Institutions Of The Piła District In Conducting Effective Inclusive Education Co-Financed Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Priority 6: European Funds For Greater Poland With A Stronger Social Dimension (Esf+); Measure 6.7 Pre-School, General Education And Vocational Education. 3. The Ordering Party Divides The Subject Of The Order Into Four Parts. 4. The First Part Of The Order Covers Postgraduate Studies In The Field Of: Diagnosis, Therapy, Support And Education Of People With Autism Spectrum Disorders For 2 Teachers - 3 Semesters In A Hybrid Formula. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 3.1. To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Persons With The Necessary Qualifications, Education And Experience Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Organization And Conduct Of Studies, Including Materials For Participants.7. The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, By A Contractor Or Subcontractor Of A Person Performing Activities During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Study Services, I.E. Responsible For Contacts With The Ordering Party And The Participants. The Method Of Employment Verification And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above Requirements And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz For Parts One, Two, Three And Four Of The Order - Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding Public Procurement, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Pzp.9 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.10. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Two, Three Or Four Parts Of The Order.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.
