Prior Information Notice For Sports Facilities Operation Services – The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Granting Of Services For The Management And Operation Of The Sports Center Of The Municipal Indoor Swimming Pool Of Alcúdia, Located In Via De Corneli Àtic, 07400 Alcúdia, Illes Balears.. The Right To Exploit The Concession Also Entails The Right To Use By The Concessionaire The Facilities, Which Are Public Domain Assets, Allocating Them To Sports And Health Promotion. The Concessionaire Will Guarantee Public Access And Use Of The Facilities, Conditional On The Payment Of The Corresponding Rates And Compliance With The Regulations For The Use And Operation Of The Facilities. The Concession Of The Service Will Be Carried Out In The Following Municipal Sports Facilities In Alcúdia: The Sports Center Of The Municipal Indoor Pool Of Alcúdia Has The Following Sports, Auxiliary And Complementary Spaces: Large Pool 312.5 M2 Small Pool: 87.5 M2 Sauna And Steam Bath: 20 M2 4 Paddle Tennis Courts: 800.00 M2 Directed Activities Room: 224M2 Cycling Room: 115 M2 1 Fitness Room: 230 M2 6 Changing Rooms: 70.00 M2 Reception And Offices: 120 M2 Technical Rooms: 300 M2 Alcúdia City Council Plans To Carry Out In The Future The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof Of The Municipal Pool To Use Solar Energy. If It Is Carried Out, The Execution Of This Facility Will Be Carried Out Directly By The City Council, Who Will Also Assume Its Cost, Thus Reaffirming Its Commitment To The Continuous Improvement Of Municipal Sports Equipment And Environmental Sustainability. However, If As A Consequence Of Said New Installation The Concessionaire Assumes A Lower Cost In The Global Calculation For The Concept Of Energy Supply Expenditure, The Contract Must Be Modified To Reestablish The Economic Balance And Compensate The City Council In Such A Way That The Balance Of The Economic Assumptions That Were Considered Basic In The Award Is Maintained. Likewise, The City Council Plans To Enable A Restaurant Space (Bar-Cafeteria) And The Implementation Of A Sports Equipment Store. If This Action Is Carried Out, The Execution Of The Necessary Works And Installations To Adapt The Spaces Will Be Carried Out Directly By The City Council, Who Will Assume The Cost, And It Is Expected That The Concessionaire May Assume The Management Of The Exploitation Of Said Facilities, After Modifying The Contract, And If Appropriate, With The Reestablishment Of Its Economic Balance.
