Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Concession For The Operation And Management Of The Future Metropolitan Swimming Pool Located In Roncq. The Purpose Of This Public Service Concession Consists Of The Operation And Management Of The Future Metropolitan Swimming Pool Located In Roncq. This Procedure Is Governed By The Provisions Of Articles L1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Territorial Communities (Cgct) As Well As The Provisions Of The Third Part Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp) Relating To Concession Contracts. The Concessionaire Assumes All The Risks Linked To The Operation And Derives Most Of Its Remuneration From The Operation Of The Swimming Pool. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 5 Years From The Date Of Provision Of The Equipment And Subject To Obtaining Administrative Authorizations Relating To The Authorization To Open The Equipment. For Information Purposes, It Is Specified That The Construction Work On This Aquatic Complex Began In September 2025 To Theoretically Be Completed In Spring 2027. The Overall Forecast Value Of The Concession Is Estimated At 8,475,222.00 Euros Excluding Tax On The Basis Of The Total Turnover Excluding Tax During The Duration Of The Contract.
