Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting Classes To Equalize Educational Opportunities - Learning Assistance

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Social Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Remedial Classes In Part 1 - Conducting English Tutoring, Educational Opportunities - Learning Assistance For 67 Children In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Project There Is Power In The Family Implemented By The District Family Assistance Center In Zduńska Wola As Part Of The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For 2021-2027 Under Priority: 7 “European Funds For Employment And Integration In The Łódź Region” Feld Measure .07.12 “Services For The Family” 2. The Aim Of Learning Assistance Is To Fully Understand And Consolidate The Thematic Material From The Selected Subject And To Develop Special Working Methods For 67 People Who Have Problems With Mastering The Material.3. Duration Of Tutoring - Starting Tutoring No Later Than 4 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until June 30, 2026. One Teaching Hour Is 1 Clock Hour. At Least 1 Hour Of Lessons Per Week Is Planned For Each Participant, In English. English Will Be Implemented In November 2025. – 201 H., December 2025 – 355 H.), Subject To The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Participants Taking Part In Tutoring.4. Tutoring Applies To The Following Subjects: 1) English: 2025 - 536 Hours; 2026 – 2,020 Hours; 6. Project Participants Assigned To Tutoring Attend Schools Such As Primary And Secondary Schools. There Are Also Disabled People Among The Participants Taking Part In Tutoring.7. As Part Of The Tutoring, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Compensate For Educational Deficiencies And Repeat The Material From School Classes.8. The Ordering Party Requires: 1) Adaptation Of The Teaching Program For Each Tutoring Participant, Taking Into Account The Level Of Knowledge In A Given Subject. 2) Providing Tutoring Staff With Appropriate Qualifications To Conduct Tutoring, I.E. Having: A) For Part 1 - Qualifications Required From English Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Education And Science Of September 14, 2023 On Detailed Qualifications Required From Teachers (Journal Of Laws, Item 2102), - Persons Studying At A University In The 4Th Or 5Th Year Of Specialized Studies In The Field Of English Philology;9. Conducting Tutoring At The Project Participants Place Of Residence And Remotely At Hours Agreed With The Participants. The Project Participants Live In The Zduńska Wola District. Remote Tutoring Will Be Provided To Participants In Accordance With The List Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. The List Will Be Provided Immediately, But No Later Than Within 4 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 10. Tutoring Is To Be Conducted On Working Days At Times That Do Not Conflict With School Classes (Working Days Should Be Treated As Days From Monday To Friday Inclusive) And On Saturdays Or Sundays, With The Proviso That Tutoring May Be Conducted On Saturday Or Sunday, After Obtaining The Written Consent Of The Legal
