Cheques, drafts should be drawn in favour of "Secretary, Seethawakapura Urban Council, Avissawella" or else, should be deposited in Peoples Bank Account No. 029100190288966 and the receipt / bank slip should be sent along with the application, also fees could be paid in cash during office hours (From 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs).
