Architectural Advisory Services – Choice Of Project Management In The Context Of The Rehabilitation And Residentialization Of 45 Collective Housing Units - 52A Rue Du Beck And 1C Rue Davelin In Wattrelos. The Consultation Is Not Allotted. The Missions Entrusted To The Moe Constitute The Basic Mission Within The Meaning Of Article R.2431-5 Of The Public Order Code For A Rehabilitation Operation As Well As The Complementary Mission Element O.P.C. The Technical Diagnostic And Energy Diagnostic Missions Are Also Integrated. Prices Are Subject To Review According To The Provisions Of The Ccp. The Market Is Based On A Global And Fixed Price. The Work Will Be Carried Out In An Occupied Environment. The Objective Is To Improve The Thermal Performance Of The Structure To Achieve An Average Result For Label C, Or Around 120Kwh/M²/Year. The Services Will Begin Upon Notification Of The Contract. The Planned Start Of Services Is Planned For February 2026. The Estimated Works Envelope Is 3,450,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (Including 300,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Vrd). The Estimated Duration Of The Work Is 18 Months (Excluding Preparation), With A Planned Start In The First Quarter Of 2027. The Estimated Duration Indicated In This Notice Includes The Studies, The Works And The Year Of Perfect Completion.
