The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Food Products In 2026 To The Recipients: - Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 Bajka, Ul. 1 Maja 12, 78- 200 Białogard, - Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 Słoneczne, Ul. Chopina 4A, 78-200 Białogard.2. Order Completion Date: From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 Or Until The Maximum Contract Value Is Exhausted (Depending On Which Event Occurs First).3. The Estimated Quantities Of Individual Food Products Are Specified In Annex No. 1 (Assortment And Price Form) To The Offer Form. If The Swz Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products, The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Equivalent Products, Provided That The Offered Food Products Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party In This Chapter And The Assortment And Price Forms. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Solutions Has A Statutory Obligation To Prove That The Offered Articles Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements By Submitting Documents Confirming Their Equivalence With The Offer (Product Cards Or Other Documents Containing Information Individualizing The Offered Equivalent Articles) - In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Public Procurement Law. In Exceptional Situations, The Ordering Party Will Request Their Supplementation During The Examination And Evaluation Of Offers.4. Moreover, All Products Must Also Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154, As Amended).7.
