The Quantities Given In The Offer Form Constitute The Estimated Demand That The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase In The Period Validity Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Complete The Quantities Indicated In The Offer Form. The Ordering Party May Change The Product Quantity Specified In The Subject Of The Order Within The Financial Limit.
